 How can baked items shipped by mail arrive in table ready condition?
The Sweetery uses only the freshest and finest ingredients in our desserts. We hand pack each order. For those products with cream cheese, we use a cooler with an ice pack and promptly ship your order arriving on the date you specify.
We guarantee our shipments.
In the unlikely event that damage has occurred, you will be issued a credit or we will promptly replace your order.
We are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes.
Orders that require special shipping needs will incur an additional cost. Over night air is available upon special request with an additional charge.
We ship all of our products to the 48 contiguous United States.
Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Canada, PLEASE CALL FOR SHIPPING COST.
Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico can only be delivered on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. Please call for rates in advance.
